Just a FYI. You may have noticed that I took down the picture honoring Pat Hutson and J.B. Scully's Amateur Doubles win in Vegas from the Arizona Foosball front page, photo gallery and Vegas HOFC thread here in the forum after receiving this message from Bryan Hendricks today:
Please consider this an official request to cease using copyrighted materials from WeFoos.com, the WeFoos Facebook page, and any materials belonging to Wefoos LLC, collectively WeFoos, on your ArizonaFoosball.com website. Taking images from WeFoos, whether an act of good will, an intentional association with the WeFoos brand, or purely by accident, is theft of intellectual property, doesn't belong to you, and needs removed from ArizonaFoosball.com immediately.
I had initially received the picture from a jubilant Pat Hutson after their big win, spent a little time fixing it up and captioning it, then published it to the site without any knowledge of any existing copyrights, patents, liens, or other major legal issues. Upon receiving the above request I took it down, as I certainly want to do my best to be a "team player", as Mr. Hendricks described in his post a few months ago.

Please put the Pic back up where it belongs to Honor 2 of the nicest guys in our local foosball scene for what they accomplished in Vegas last week. Fuck Wefoos and the copied /Altered and pasted bullshit legal verbiage. I personally will pay all legal fee's to shut him up as he does not have a legal leg to stand on, muchless a pot to piss in. This shit with the so-called Wefoos has gotten old. Wefoos will NEVER have any credibility or be a part of AzFoosball (or anywhere else for that matter) and it's all because of how he handles his business. I personally do not understand why any of you promoters allow him to be part of any of the events in Arizona, especially after this bullshit as now he has crossed the line with legal threats.
Know that the above was from the business side of me and if you know me, then you know I do not respond well when someone thinks they are all business saavy and yet have actually done nothing so far in life but piss people off.

Not that big of a deal ya all. If the photo that was splashed all over Facebook is not welcome upon ArizonaFoosball.com, then so be it. Perhaps there is a photo from a different source? If not, then it is what it is. Legal standing mumbo jumbo means jack shit to me. All that matters is that it was not wanted on our site. Fine.

I have a camera and I'd be more than happy to take some pictures of JB and Pat, trophies in hand. Not allowing someone to use a picture because of a personal beef you have with them is total bullshit. I'd ban WeFoos and the owner from every event in Arizona....period. Sorry, this just Really pisses me off.

Wish I had a camera, all I have is this darn phone  . Great accomplishment from AZ bringing home the title. Mary is going to put up the pictures from the tourney if a few weeks so that could be used.
