It was crying for food but the mother was too busy drinking at the bar!!!! The baby had no formula and was forced to drink water. The 5 month old baby had defecated in it's diaper and it was not cleaned for over 3 hours!!!!! It was so appalling, my friends wanted to call the police on those parents!!!!!
