    League Tips
    Ratings Tip:
You can see your rating history for all seasons by clicking on the graph icon in the player info section of your team page!
Ratings Tip: Once a match is decided, remaining games don’t affect ratings. No sandbagging allowed!
    Overtime Rule:
To decide what game to play in overtime, one team picks the game type and the other picks the players - in that order! Home team chooses which option to take. (...from section 1.4)

Make sure if you choose a 1-on-1 game that you are confident that your team can win any player matchup your opponent chooses!
    Player History:
In the player info section of your team page, you can see...

    - your match record for all seasons by clicking the link in the 'experience' section
    - your awards history by clicking the link in the 'titles' section
Have you picked your team captain yet?

Once you notify a league coordinator of your captain's name, he/she will be able to update your team information. Captains can access the "captains" page by clicking the pencil icon at the top of the team page. He/she can then edit things like...
    • Your team name
    • Team logo
    • Team slogan or motto
    • Customize team page and images
    Score sheet options in 2026!

Home teams will have the choice of score sheet to use when match formats offer multiple score sheet options (currently only in 3 vs 4 matches). Options are displayed in the "available score sheets" drop-down list on the match page in the home team's lineup section.

    Foos Pulse

    A Foosball Challenge!

I feel that the state of foosball in our area is solid. We have many committed players that keep the sport alive, but just alive, not thriving. In a city of multiple millions there are many more people anxious to learn foosball or enjoy foosball once again. They are simply uninformed of our group.

I have a challenge, a grass-root effort by all of us who enjoy the game, all of us who are simply obsessed with the game, and all of us who just want to have a good time playing and hanging out. Here is the challenge: talk about foosball. A simple mention of foosball to people around you. The server at the pub, tavern, bar, restaurant that you frequent, a nonchalant mention to your cashier at the grocery store or the convenience store down the street. Ride the metro? Well, you get the picture.

I do this a lot. I have yet to be rejected and I have witnessed many interesting reactions.

Be prepared to mention arizonafoosball.com and how they can learn more about the local foos community there. And always mention the Thursday night pop-in at the Loft Again in north Phoenix: a non-threatening, non-competitive environment to learn more, play hard, and meet some wonderfully quirky people.

Believe this: more players, more entry fees, more prize money, new folks to teach and watch, new friends (or nemeses), will make the scene vibrant.

It could be just that simple.

Great and simple idea Casey! You’re absolutely right about the fact there are 5.25 million residents in metro Phoenix as of 2025, which means we have lots of room for foosball growth. Start chatting and share the word about our community.
    Arizona Foosball League
    Experience the best.

Each season, scores of players sign up for a round of competition and fun like no other in the history of foosball!  There are both team and player awards for many variants of the game ranging from standard doubles & singles to goalie war, forward shootout, and even rollerball.   Every week, teams are faced with a new challenge in their quest to win their division, make the playoffs and ultimately claim the league championship in the classic FOOS BOWL title match.

So if you have become bored of beating all the punks in your neighborhood and you need a new challenge AND want to make a bunch of new friends, what are you waiting for?  Everyone who is anyone is playing the Arizona Foosball League - so grab your gloves and we'll see you at the table!
Sign ups are still open for 2026 League!
    trophy
The 2026 Arizona Foosball League started on June 9, but sign-ups are still open! The league is open to all players, regardless of experience level (must be 21 or older). The season runs 16 weeks, and the cost is $50 for the season (10% off for early registration). For more details on how the league works, check out the FAQ.

Q: THE LEAGUE IS IN PROGRESS! CAN I STILL JOIN?

A:  Yes, indeed!  Although the league is in full swing, there are often teams looking to shore up their rosters with teammates and reserve players, and substitute players (you can jump in the ring to help out a team when a player cannot make it to the match) are always in high demand as well.  Just add your name to the list below by clicking the JOIN! link on the top menu, and we'll see you on the tables!
