Do you add money to the pot? bar? what do you charge for entry fee? I notice phoenix always has much better payouts
with less people.

$10 entry & the bar adds $5 per player.
We let newbies play for $5.

Also we have more beginners the last Tucson Hi-Lo we had over half the tournament that only paid $5.
