10/28/2014 Topic: PHOENIX TOUR begins Friday, October 31! BillyBoy Administrator	The Phoenix Tour is a new ongoing event where players compete in tournaments all around the Phoenix area and are rated for overall performance during a three month stretch of events. The winner of a given session will win $100 cash, have his/her name immortally embroidered on the official "Phoenix Tour Champion" jacket, and be given temporary ownership of the jacket until another player takes away his/her title. It is a "points race" on steroids! The three main Phoenix foosball venues (Cactus Moon, Stinger's, the Loft Again) will all be participating in the Phoenix Tour, and this promotion should add even more fun to our local events! Players will be able to track their standings and progress on a cool new interface in the "Tournaments" section. For more information, check out the flyer there as well... 11/15/2014 Topic: CM Results BillyBoy Administrator	Ok, here is info that Rick Weirman collected Friday: Mark D said he can't remember at all, might have won one. Jeff said he and Jim King didn't win any, but they started on a bye. Holly said she and Ronnie only beat Tim and Eric. Ronnie agreed they only had one win, said they were probably last, I don't think they got fourth. Pat said he and Bob only beat Paul and I, figured probably eight place. Bryan said Brad C had info, they tied for fifth for sure. He couldn't remember how many or who they beat. Eric said he and Tim lost, then had a bye, then lost to Sherman and TJ, didn't win any. Brad looked at list and said they lost to second and third place teams, so they were most likely fourth as all the others I talked to (all except 1-3) only won one at the most, and he couldn't remember how many they won. LOL - this is like a logic puzzle.
11/15/2014 Topic: CM Results BillyBoy Administrator	Given the above info, we end up with something like this... 1 - Nick and Johnny V 2 - Pat H and Scott Y 3 - TJ and Jim S 4 - Brad C and Bryan H 5 - Ronnie and Holly 5 - Bob D and Pat C 7 - Mike L and Mark D 7 - Jeff and Jim K 9 - Paul F and Rick W 9 - Tim and Eric ...HOWEVER, considering my earlier talk with talking to Jeff,Jim, and Mike... Jeff/Jim said they lost to Mike/Mark, and Jeff/Jim AND Mike/Mark BOTH said that Mike/Mark then lost to Holly/Ronnie. This, PLUS the fact that both Bryan and Mike said they definitely tied for fifth, leaves us with something like this: 1 - Nick and Johnny V 2 - Pat H and Scott Y 3 - TJ and Jim S 4 - Ronnie and Holly 5 - Brad C and Bryan H 5 - Mike L and Mark D 7 - Bob D and Pat C 7 - Jeff and Jim K 9 - Paul F and Rick W 9 - Tim and Eric So, this is what I will post. 12/12/2014 Topic: This Sat. @Stinger's Excluded from Phoenix Tour! BillyBoy Administrator	The December 13 tournament at Stinger's will not be counted toward the Phoenix Tour standings. Many of the regular players will be attending a going away party for one of the players in Maricopa. Of course, Stinger's will be open, and those who aren't making the drive to Maricopa are welcome to all the foosball fun they can handle on the Stinger's tables. If you do hold a tournament, remember to send a winner pic to us to post on the site! Have a great and safe Saturday, in Phoenix or Maricopa!!
