Draw time was enforced. Next on the list would be enforcing the time out limit rule of 30 seconds. Calling timeout....multiple times....and then wandering around socializing, cleaning tables, ordering drinks, and keeping the entire tournament waiting is in the same exact category as not being on time for the draw.
