1/4/2016 Topic: Why no love for New Mexico Foos tourney pinalyzer Administrator	Hello, I just had to say that New Mexico has supported many foos tourneys in Arizona by traveling and playing in AZ tourneys, but we have our first tourney in many years and no one from Arizona is coming. It used to be a for sure thing, we support your tournament and you support ours. What are some thoughts on this? John

Yeah, we figured a month and a half was a little short notice but we want to renew the regions supporting each other. Also I should have posted the event here. Not sure why I didn't. Posted on Foosballboard and Co foos website. Just figured most were friends on our facebook page. If you haven't yet, like our facebook for updates and what is happening here in Albuquerque. We converse there not on a website forum. https://www.facebook.com/AlbuquerqueFoosball/ The details on the payouts are vague and for the most part it is for prizes, actual valuable memorabilia and trophies. Also all that pre register get a very cool Albuquerque Foosball t-shirt. With the venue it will have over 30,000 folks walking by and spectating as we are also in a prime spot for playing. The Albuquerque ComicCon is the largest indoor event in New Mexico. So we hope to grow interest in the game as we will also be having a dedicated area for beginners only with mini tourneys of 3 teams for prizes. Not traditional but still a chance to prove and test your foos skills with your New Mexico neighbors that have supported Arizona tourneys fairly consistently. So every few years or so we like to have people come here. We travel to Durango for the Snow down, we travel to El Paso for their tourneys, we travel to Phoenix for their tourneys, we travel to Dallas for their Tx state. We usually go about 6 strong at a minimum. Not trying to be harsh, just saying, lets get the support back on the radar for each other's tourneys. You all in Phoenix really have shown how to make it happen and I am always amazed at the foos scene that has developed and prospered there in the desert.

Jesse, the tables were the bomb and youre efforts and supporting cast were awesome. the theme is still, that I suck.we only beat you on slop. I have to visit the phx gogo to get me mental game on. Wow, so many cool folks, top ten in the country for foos activity for sure. so....remember I suck do not live up to my suckness. please continue this awesome thread...

12/1/2017 Topic: We need to talk... pinalyzer Administrator	Keep up the good work folks. You have a strong base of players that come out, A good amount of talent, both up and coming and old school. My only request is for payouts to be more real. Meaning, the amount for payouts to be locked in at the start of the event and if possible what is published to be what is being paid. I know that isn't a great request, but like when I finished 3rd in open singles and only made my entry plus about $15 in an event with over 20 players. Not to get lost in my message, you all are doing great. Yes you need to find a way to getting better tables, but it isn't easy what you all do up there. Not easy at all. Foosball promotion is not about making money, just the way it is. It should be $1.50 a game to account for inflation and entries should be $20 a head for the same reason. That is not reasonalbe so the promotor gets left holding the bag, for complaints, for costs, for everything. There is not a magic wand and those that contribute really need to be appreciated including the players themselves for coming out week after week. Hang in there and try not to eat your own
