Is anyone going to Denver next week for the tournament? If so, I would ask a favor. I need Fooslight stands for the table for the new location coming in North Scottsdale. The only vendor, tornadofoosball.com, has their inventory tied up to support this tournament. If you are going I would ask that your bring a set back to save shipping time and costs. I will meet with you Sunday of Monday to get you the cash to buy them.

We welcome The Hangar Food and Spirits on Southwest corner of Scottsdale and Thunderbird to Arizona Foosball! New T3000 table in its own room with 2 HDTV's and TouchTunes Jukebox speakers! Some of us are going to gather on THURSDAYS at 7 for pickup games, join us and check out the new location. The hangar won 2016 New Times Best of Phoenix Readers Choice Awards for Best Happy Hour, Best Wings, and Best Burger. Now the best North Scottsdale location for Foos!!!

We are moving the pickup games at the Hangar to Thursday nights starting next week, Thursday January 12th. The Hangar is open later Thursday allowing those players who can't get there early to have plenty of time to FOOS the night away. Thanks to all who have supported this new location, we have had some great foosball going down in North Scottsdale with the addition of The Hangar Food and Spirits to the Arizona Foosball family... |

Wow, really confused now. I received the email yesterday and replied that my teammate had also received an email and responded and wasn't sure I should accept or not since he had already accepted, asked them to advise status. Now today I got a second email saying I was selected and have until noon tomorrow to respond. Seems like they didn't really think this through... |

Wow, seriously? I think maybe that um, WOW, really? I'm at a loss for words. It's just that, uh, um, REALLY? I just don't understand. Did I miss something? Did the universe take an obtuse angle away from the fabric of reality??? I can't put into words how I feel right now, so at this point I will just leave you with a quote since that seems to be a thing.

And Bryan, you are absolutely wrong and way out of line AGAIN, but that doesn't surprise me. I'm tired of the unwarranted and unsubstantiated character assassination. I know you have differences of opinion and concerns and I'm certain some of them are valid, but many are simply not. Billy has called and texted me numerous times over the last couple of years as I have gotten more involved to thank me for my suggestions no matter how minor, and to tell me he has implemented them. He has even bought me dinner and drinks to thank me for my contributions. Nothing mind-blowing or earthshaking, but many tweaks to the fantastic foundation he has built under Arizona Foosball. In fact he thanked me so many times for all the photos I took at events and posted on the site or printed and hung at the venues that I had to tell him to stop, I'm more than happy to contribute my small part any way I can without any recognition or remuneration. I was so amazed at the foosball scene here in the valley when I found it a few years back and so happy to be able to participate and rekindle a passion I had forgotten about for around 25 years that, it saddens me so much more than I can describe to see it desecrated so ruthlessly.

OK, pretty sure I can finish this off if your top 4 and player list is correct. I did play with Paul. We went two and out, so we are one of the 7's. We lost to Ronnie and Holly first, then Chris S and Mark D. Since both of those teams won at least one, but are not in the top 4 they have to be the 5's. And Derek and John must be the other 7 as they are the only other players on the list for the last spot on the list. I am old and my memory is not what it used to be, so I can't say with 100% certainty that what I remember actually happened, but I will check with Paul and let you know if I am wrong... |
