Rules for tournaments

Does anyone know where to get a copy of the current rules we are playing by? Would like to review the rules concerning time of possession on all the rods, time between games, time to play after a match is called, etc. Also, what is the protocol for players wandering off during the tournament? We seem to have an on-going issue with certain people who don't seem to respect other players. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks! |

We won't mention the way the double dipping went down, what with the four straight games in the two final matches for the win. Nick is a damn good player and I'll deny ever having said that about him. |
