Topic: Help Wanted for Foos Bowl XI!

Volunteer(s) wanted for Foos Bowl XI at Stinger's this weekend! Notably, we need a couple nice people to help:

1. Move an extra table to/from the event
2. Take event sign-ups
3. Referee league finals matches

There isn't much money in this, but we will pay entry fees for #1, and a couple of drinks for #2 & #3 smile

Usually there are loose players looking for partners. But in the case where you cannot find one, you can often still get in as the "x-man" - where you can choose your partner from the first team knocked out. I tell people if they show up to play, we will get them in.

NOTICE 1: Two Stinger's tables will be upgraded to T-3000 smile

(There will be three tables in total on site.)

NOTICE 2: All measures will be taken to run the event efficiently (see initial post). However, recall that the primary objective is to have an event that is both popular and fun for the players, while simultaneously maximizing the benefit (profit) to the local establishment with the objective of convincing the host to offer a repeat event. So we aim to strike a balance between an all-around nice foosball tournament, and a fun social event as well, where many players will be on site most of the day.
