A couple of years ago I met Rick Martin and played foosball with him in Boise Idaho. Good guy. met up with him in Vegas Hall of Fame last year. He was always willing to share his talents. my son just informed me that he passed away January 19 of cancer. A shame.

That's really sad to hear. He was a great player. I watched him win the world singles championship in 1977 against Paul Reynolds in St Louis. He had a devastating push kick and went by the name rocket launcher. Jim King and I had the honor of playing against him a couple of years back in Vegas. Rest in peace Rick.
