League Tips
Score sheet options in 2026!

Home teams will have the choice of score sheet to use when match formats offer multiple score sheet options (currently only in 3 vs 4 matches). Options are displayed in the "available score sheets" drop-down list on the match page in the home team's lineup section.
Have you picked your team captain yet?

Once you notify a league coordinator of your captain's name, he/she will be able to update your team information. Captains can access the "captains" page by clicking the pencil icon at the top of the team page. He/she can then edit things like...
  • Your team name
  • Team logo
  • Team slogan or motto
  • Customize team page and images
Games with 3 point max spot in 2026...

  • Goalie War games
  • 2-ball Rollerball games
  • 1 on 1 Roto games for teams fielding 4 players
Overtime Rule:
To decide what game to play in overtime, one team picks the game type and the other picks the players - in that order! Home team chooses which option to take. (...from section 1.4)

Make sure if you choose a 1-on-1 game that you are confident that your team can win any player matchup your opponent chooses!
Ratings Tip: Once a match is decided, remaining games don’t affect ratings. No sandbagging allowed!
Player History:
In the player info section of your team page, you can see...

- your match record for all seasons by clicking the link in the 'experience' section
- your awards history by clicking the link in the 'titles' section
Ratings Tip:
You can see your rating history for all seasons by clicking on the graph icon in the player info section of your team page!

Foos Pulse

The Sublime Competition

We found our competitiveness in bars, arcades, and game rooms. Games that transcend into sport. But what is competition? What actually is sport?

We noticed early that our eye-hand coordination helps us succeed. In darts: we have been able to toss the tiny spear into cork with accuracy, on a pool (bumper pool, billiards, snooker) table we are able to find the perfect angle to send one object into another with accuracy. It's the same on a shuffleboard table: using our talent to calculate the angle and force onto the primary object for score or to frustrate our opponent by leaving that object in position to obfuscate their path to victory.

Foosball, our beloved obsession, is different. Foosers have an intelligent, sentient, crafty opponent literally standing in our way. We are challenging one another head to head, face to face. An Opponent that is determined to block our attempts and respond without prejudice in real time, right away. Immediately. Instantly. Surprisingly.

Yes, we do calculate force and angle to perfection but we must also deal with strategies that include our opponents skills, strengths, weaknesses. We must consider our opponents adjustments to our efforts. Even though our adrenaline is overpowering us we must instantly consider what adjustments they can implement against our attempts so we can foment mistakes and take advantage of their miscalculations. Sublime.

Foosball: the sport. My sport.

Arizona Foosball League
Experience the best.

Each season, scores of players sign up for a round of competition and fun like no other in the history of foosball!  There are both team and player awards for many variants of the game ranging from standard doubles & singles to goalie war, forward shootout, and even rollerball.   Every week, teams are faced with a new challenge in their quest to win their division, make the playoffs and ultimately claim the league championship in the classic FOOS BOWL title match.

So if you have become bored of beating all the punks in your neighborhood and you need a new challenge AND want to make a bunch of new friends, what are you waiting for?  Everyone who is anyone is playing the Arizona Foosball League - so grab your gloves and we'll see you at the table!
Sign ups are still open for 2026 League!
trophy
The 2026 Arizona Foosball League started on June 9, but sign-ups are still open! The league is open to all players, regardless of experience level (must be 21 or older). The season runs 16 weeks, and the cost is $50 for the season (10% off for early registration). For more details on how the league works, check out the FAQ.

Q: THE LEAGUE IS IN PROGRESS! CAN I STILL JOIN?

A:  Yes, indeed!  Although the league is in full swing, there are often teams looking to shore up their rosters with teammates and reserve players, and substitute players (you can jump in the ring to help out a team when a player cannot make it to the match) are always in high demand as well.  Just add your name to the list below by clicking the JOIN! link on the top menu, and we'll see you on the tables!
